Party Packages

     Adults and the birthday child are FREE. Each party time-slot is 2 hours long. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your time slot to set-up, and you will have the same amount of time after your time slot to clean-up. 
     All parties take place at our beautiful farm location and include a hay ride. Parties are provided with a tent to celebrate under, as well as serving and seating tables.
     **During the month of October, 10:00am parties will be hosted beneath the pavilion and 10:30am parties will be hosted beneath the tent.
     Parties for this year are scheduled from May 17 -November 2, 2019. 

The Tractor Pull

The presence of some of our Farm Animals will be included in each birthday package! 

Farm Animals for viewing may include: Ducks, Chickens, Calves, Sheep, Goats, and others!

October Pumpkin Picking- Take your guests on a quest to pick the perfect pumpkin!

Birthday Parties are age appropriate for children up to 10 years old with the exception of The Campfire Package.


Outside food, such as pizza and other desserts are allowed at the farm! Please feel free to bring lunch or snacks for your guests!


Set tablecloths will be provided for all tables. If you would like to bring your own tablecloths, they must be secured with clips or tape, not staples. 

Balloons are welcome if they are brought home or deflated at the conclusion of events. A fine will be applied for any balloons released into the sky. 

Please not that we do not allow glitter, sequence, small/loose decor at events. 


We understand that you have a special theme in mind for your party and you may bring tablecloths, tablecloth holders, balloons, party favors and eating utensils to match your theme. To protect our animals and the environment, we encourage you to thoroughly clean up at the end of your party. 


A rain date can not be scheduled at the same time of booking. No Saturday rain dates will be scheduled. In the case of inclement weather being shown the week of your event, you will be offered the opportunity to schedule a pre-selected rain date (typically scheduled the following Sunday). Please notify Castle Hill Farm at least 24 hours in advance to cancel to reschedule for a selected rain date. 

If you or a caterer would like to prepare food at the farm you must provide us with a liability insurance certificate naming Castle Hill Farms as insured.


There is no smoking allowed on Castle Hill Farm.


We love dogs, but they must be on a leash and be cleaned up after! They are your responsibility.

**We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your birthday party time-slot. These deposits can be made through PayPal or mailed via check. (You will be asked for this payment at the time of your booking.)
